Will all my details be on the internet?: No - just the photo of your car, the details and description of the car & the state the car resides in
My car is not registered - is it still OK to be listed?: Yes, often the car does not have to drive on a road & therefore does not need registration. Otherwise we can always obtain a permit if necessary
Can I blank out the number plates on my car for privacy reasons?: Yes - privacy & security are our top priority
Can I stay with my car?: Yes, you are always welcome to stay with your car for the duration of the filming if you wish.
Am I obliged to undertake any work offered?: No - we always ring you first to see if your car is available.
When do I get paid?: You always get paid on the day of filming
How do I know exactly how much I will get paid?: We will discuss this with you prior to submitting your car for consideration . You can usually rely on receiving $200 - $500 per day for most vehicles. The daily price listed is what we will request on your behalf per day. Sometimes for a longer rental period we may request a deal.
Is it always just film work?: Most of our requests are for Television Commercials - therefore we generally just need your car for a short time
What if I can't get the time off work?: If you are comfortable, we will use a tow truck
Is my car insured?: We can comprehensively cover most cars for most situations. We always discuss this with you so you know exactly where you stand.
Is there any cost involved?: Not to you - we charge the client for the use of our data base. Listing is free
My car is not special - just a normal everyday car.: It is 'normal' cars that we get the most call on. Most filming situations call for a standard looking type of car, and it can be difficult to rent an everyday looking car.
