Max Action Vehicles was thrilled to win a BUSINESS EXCELLENCE AWARD last week. The judging panel look at every aspect of the business, including Business Achievements, Marketing, Customer Service, People & Culture and Financial Management & Risk.
In all honesty the process involves having a ‘warts & all’ look at ones business & having a thorough think about how we actually operate as a business. It can be incredibly confronting… some of our achievements include the establishment of our new business called Max Prestige Enclosed Car Transport. We also purchased an Air Stream Caravan to give that ‘wow’ feature to events. We had to prove to the judges that we were kicking goals with these new ventures, as well as keeping the Max Action Vehicles machine thriving.
What we just take for granted in business is what the judges were most excited about. We talked about our service ethics, attention to detail, and that ‘never say no’ attitude. We would like to thank all that support us and thanks also to our great team that make this award so special.
